Prior to embarking on a career in real estate, Michael owned and operated a residential and commercial cleaning business primarily in Manhattan. The business grew to include on-site valets within many luxury properties. And while he enjoyed his time delivering quality services and products to the community, his family ties to commercial real estate eventually attracted him to the industry.

 

Joining Compass and the Kori Sassower Team was a natural next step from Michael. Using his business background, experience in real estate, and strong negotiating skills matched with his approachable demeanor Michael is able to use the tools and network at Compass to his clients’ greatest advantage getting them the best deal possible on either side of the transaction.

 

Although he lived in Manhattan for many years, Michael and his family now happily reside in the Park Lane community of Purchase. He often helps his clients make the important transition from the concrete jungle to greener pastures, understanding the emotional and logistical nuances that come along with a city to suburb move.
